There are two partnership levels included in this program: Business Partner, and Value Added Reseller. The key difference between each of these levels is the level of commitment on many dimensions including marketing funds, sales harmonization and development of business and technical competencies.
This partnership is designed for small to medium sized companies focused on the middle tier marketplace that may or may not have a vertical specialization, and are typically regionally based. These partners are characterized as having a niche or specific focus that is highly complementary with Incendo Venture’s market and products.
Value Added Reseller
In addition to Business Partnership requirements, VAR provides after sales service support as well as training and implementation for the customers.
